  • Bring 1 cup water to a simmer with 4 tulsi leaves, 1 tsp grated ginger, and 3 crushed peppercorns.
  • Let it steep 5 minutes, strain, add 1 tsp honey + a squeeze of lemon.
  • Sip twice daily to clear nasal passages and support immunity.

Skip honey for children under 1 year.

Fever

Body warmth · Tiredness · Mild aches

  • Mix 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp cumin, and 1/2 tsp fennel; boil in 2 cups water for 10 minutes.
  • Add a pinch of cardamom powder and let it cool to lukewarm.
  • Drink small sips through the day to stay hydrated and support digestion.

Seek medical care if temperature > 101°F (38.3°C) or persists over 48 hours.
